We offer a range of shipping options worldwide. Once your order has been dispatched from our facilities, you will receive a tracking number via email. The shipping location may vary depending on your region to ensure efficient delivery.

Please note that all taxes and duties are covered by Montero Eyewear, so there are no additional charges upon delivery. During peak periods, order processing and fulfilment times may be slightly longer than usual.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are accepted for eligible items; however, replacement delivery times may be slightly longer.
  • Refunds are only issued if the item is faulty or damaged prior to delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and match the product listed on our website.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@monteroeyewear.com. We will provide full instructions, including the return address. Be sure to include your order confirmation inside the package.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 business days.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 3 hours of being placed. After this window, we are unable to make changes.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout, as Montero Eyewear is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect address information.
